Tojiro Basic Santoku with a 17 cm long blade, riveted black handle.
Light and easy to handle, perfect blade thickness, TOJIRO's new model for home use, in line with the concept of "Bring professional sharpness to your home". The blade is made of VG10 Japanese premium knife steel for the best sharpness and maximum edge retention. Its convex sharpened blade keeps its edge longer, is durable and easy to resharpen. The handle is light and fits very naturally in the hand, made of compressed and laminated thin wood plates - so-called pakka wood - good water repellent, very hygienic, and firmly attached with 3 rivets to remain stable.
