Tojiro Shippu Black DP Damascus Santoku with a 16.5 cm long blade, chestnut wood handle.
The elegant wave pattern is formed by forging the two different hardness steels over and over again out, and the high uniformity of the VG-10 steel core ultimately results in maximum sharpness. The blade has been treated with black oxide, a technology often used in medical equipment. This gives the blade outstanding corrosion resistance and a beautiful visual effect. The chestnut wood handle has excellent durability, and the fire treatment applied to the surface makes it even stronger.
